How did we get here?

My name is Noah Schoneberg. I live in the Forests of the Northeast Bio-Region in the United States, in Maine, on the ancestral homelands to First Nations stewards of the Wabanaki Confederacy—the Mi'kmaq, Maliseet, Passamaquoddy, Penobscot, and Abenaki peoples. I’ve created this portal as an access point for the holistic Offerings, Services, and Products I provide. My Practices center around the integration of Mental/Spiritual/Physical Energies & Creating spaces where Meaningful Connection, Transformation, and Authentic Alignment with one’s Highest Calling can be Explored + Encouraged.

I believe in a few things. First, that we are all here in Earth School to learn together, and that we each take turns playing the roles of both Student and Teacher. Second, that all Beings deserve Dignity, to live Dignified Lives, and that is it Each of our Responsibilities to ensure that we contribute to this for ourselves and for each other in whatever way we’re able to. Third, that questions are more important than answers, and learning to ask better questions will lead to better understanding. Fourth, that Change is the only thing we can be absolutely sure of in this life, and that Choice is our only true possession. And, Fifth, that we are here to do no harm & take no shit, while acknowledging that through the course of our lives we will both inevitably do harm, and take shit. Our work becomes integrating the learning from these experiences, and doing better for ourselves and for each other.

I’ve been engaged in a diverse practice of study over the past several decades, with focuses ranging from and including traditional folk herbalism, foraging, math & science, music, philosophy, tarot, dance, fire performance, hermeticism, dynamic communication modalities, construction, art & design, conflict resolution, ceremonial tattoo, circus arts, Yoga, spirituality, Taoism, Tantra, trauma informed sitting, facilitation, + integration, and a deep embodied consent practice.

Through the integration of these studies my inner work has become to develop as much Integrity, Coherence, & Authenticity as I possibly can, to act as a mirror, a tuning instrument, that I may help others invite greater levels of Heart-Body-Mind-Spirit Coherence into their lives by first achieving it in my own.
